An oil filler cap that combines a resin cover with an aluminum base cap that has been die-cast and cut. The shape of the cap is carefully designed so that it can be easily rotated even when wearing mechanic gloves. In addition, a service hole that can be removed with the wheel wrench of an in-vehicle tool is provided under the resin cover in case it is difficult to remove, improving the detachability.
