DESCRIPTION

The IDoing head unit is a full plug and play solution that features a 9" display. It is a great way to add Apple CarPlay or Android Auto to any 2015-2021 Subaru WRX or STI. Apple Carplay and Android Auto are also now made wireless! This is the only unit on the market currently that will include everything necessary for the installation (it even includes necessary tools)! 

OEM+ Functionality

All OEM features are retained such as the steering wheel controls and backup camera. 2015 Subaru WRX and STI owners have the ability to display their backup camera onto the radio screen instead of the top instrument panel display with the included harness! 

The head unit comes with the Google Play Store pre-downloaded so apps like YouTube, Clash of Clans, Amazon Prime Video are available to be played/watched on the head unit.

AUDIO IMPROVEMENT

There are tons of audio settings to adjust to your achieve your desired sound profile. The iDoing head unit is compatible with aftermarket subwoofers, speakers, amplifiers, etc. An IDoing head unit is recommended for all Subaru's with aftermarket audio upgrades because the OEM radio is not built to handle the improved performance. Available Options

To help you choose the right version, it is important to understand that the differences between the three version options. 

1) 4G-64GB Version = Default 

This is the standard option and is the best fit for most users. It delivers all of the core iDoing features, including wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, OEM feature retention, and full plug-and-play installation. This unit is currently in over 10,000+ Subaru's!

2) 8GB Version = Performance Upgrade
This option upgrades the unit’s processor and memory, resulting in a faster and smoother overall experience. If you plan to run more apps, multitask more often, or simply want the most responsive system possible, this is the better choice.

• Choose the 8GB option if your priority is speed, responsiveness, and overall performance.

3) 8GB w/ 2K Screen Version = Display and Processor Upgrade

This is the premium option. It includes the same upgraded 8GB-128GB hardware for improved performance and adds the 2K high-resolution screen for a sharper, more detailed display.

• Choose the 2K screen option if your priority is screen clarity, sharper graphics, and a more premium visual experience. Since the 2K screen option includes the 8GB-128GB processor, you also benefit from the improved performance and the best display quality.
