Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items, the criteria is listed below.

Eligibility requirements

Returns/exchanges are accepted when:

  • The item(s) were ordered within the last 30 days
  • The item(s) are brand new, unused, and in original packaging
  • The item(s) have not been installed or tampered with
  • A return is initiated and an RMA # is issued before anything is sent back

Backorders: If your item was backordered, the return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items that are not eligible for return

The following items can not be returned: 

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance / final sale items
  • Special order items
  • Items that have been used or attempted to be installed
  • Items missing original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
  • Items that are discontinued by the manufacturer 

Restocking fees (if applicable)

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee:

  • Unopened box: no restocking fee
  • Opened box / repackaging needed: up to 20% restocking fee
  • Items shipped directly from the manufacturer: restocking follows the manufacturer’s policy

Return instructions (RMA required)

When returning your item, write the following on the outer shipping box (not the product box):

  • RMA number
  • Contact name (from the shipping address)
  • Contact phone number

If the item did not arrive to you with a secondary shipping box, please write only the RMA number on the shipping label. 

Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused/returned to sender.

Shipping and refunds

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (shipping service has already been completed)

We recommend insuring your return shipment. If the item is lost or damaged you will be required to settle that dispute with the carrier directly. 

Inspection notes

Once your return arrives, it will be inspected. If the item condition does not match what was approved (used, installed, missing packaging, etc.), the return may be rejected and additional shipping/handling may apply to send it back.

Cancellations

At WRXDaily.com, we understand that orders may need to be changed or canceled. This cancellation policy explains how cancellations work for physical products purchased through our website.

Canceling an Order

You may request to cancel an order by contacting us as soon as possible by creating a support ticket: Create a Ticket

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your order number
  • The item or items you would like to cancel

When Orders Can Be Canceled

We can usually cancel an order if it has not yet been processed, packed, shipped, or handed off to the carrier.

Because we work to fulfill orders quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still be able to return the item after delivery, depending on our return policy.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved and your payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. The standard processing time is 2-5 business days. 

Address or Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or change an item in your order, contact us immediately by creating a support ticket: Create a Ticket. We will do our best to make the change before the order is processed or shipped, but changes are not guaranteed.
