The ACT Extreme Clutch Pressure Plate for 2006 and newer WRX models uses ACT’s Xtreme diaphragm design to significantly increase clamp load while reducing deflection and extending clutch life. Each diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process to ensure consistent performance under extreme conditions. Precision cover stampings provide rigidity and uniform engagement, while the Xtreme design increases clamp load by 50 to 120 percent. This pressure plate is engineered for use with both street and race clutch discs, delivering reliable performance at high RPMs.
