Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges if the following conditions are met:

- The item(s) must have been ordered in the last 30 days.

- The item(s) must be in the original packaging and in brand new condition. 

- The item(s) must not be used or partially installed. 

- The item(s) must not be tampered with.

- The item(s) may be subject to a restocking fee

  • If the box was never opened after delivery, there is no restocking fee.
  • If the box was opened and the item needs to be repackaged, there may be up to a 20% restocking fee. 
  • If the item(s) ship directly from the manufacturer, the restocking policy will follow their policy. 

- In the event of a backorder, a return request must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

- The RMA number, contact name we have on file from the shipping address, and contact phone number must be written on the shipping box, not the box of the item(s).

- The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable since the shipping service has been completed.

Cancellations

Order are not able to be canceled if they have already been fulfilled and are no longer in our possession. If you would like to cancel an order, you need to email us with your full name, order number, reason for cancellation, and the item(s) you would like to cancel. Un-like our competitors, we do not charge a cancellation fee! If the item comes in a kit, the full kit will need to be returned.

Some items and brands are not allowed to be cancelled. In the product description, there will be a notice if this is the case. Items that are labeled as pre-order, special order, made-to-order, or custom order are not allowed to be cancelled. Please reach out to support@wrxdaily.com if you would like to confirm the availability of an item so you will never have an issue with this!
