Shipping Policy

WRXDaily is based outside of Chicago, Illinois. Our main warehouse is located near Chicago; however, we have several distribution centers so we can provide our customers with the quickest and most affordable shipping possible! Fulfillment times take around 24-48 hours if the item is in stock (some exclusions apply, such as oversized items).  If you'd like the most up to date stock status on an item, please reach out to our sales team (sales@wrxdaily.com). The website currently does not reflect live inventory.

Domestic Orders (non-freight)

Orders in the continental USA will be shipped by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. The item being shipped will determine what carrier is used. We ship with the fastest options available and delivery times take around one to four business days, but vary by location. Orders are packaged and shipped all around the clock as we would like to get the item into your hands as fast as possible! If necessary, orders can be sent out past midnight and into the morning. If there is an issue with your order such as incorrect shipping address, you will need to reach out immediately to ensure we are able to accommodate the change. If an order is processed before an accommodation is requested, we will most likely not be able to alter the order. If you receive an item that is damaged, we need to be notified within 7 days of receipt. 

Freight Orders

Freight shipping is something that most customers are not familiar with. Freight is reserved for oversized items that are not able to be transported by UPS or FedEx and the processing time on these shipments may take longer than the standard shipping times. Once the item(s) have been picked up from our warehouse(s), the shipping company will contact you to find a day when they can deliver the product since all shipments require a signature. In the rare occurrence there is damage, it is required to be noted on the BOL (Bill of Lading) / the delivery receipt. The driver will need to note that the item was damaged during transport, please make sure this is done before signing any receipts. If the driver does not have time to wait for the item to be inspected, please make sure that is reflected on the BOL. If you sign the BOL without noting damage, a damage claim may be denied. If the product does come damaged, please document the product as well as the box it was shipped in. Photos and videos are the best form of verification for the shipping company. Please take photos of any cracks, dents, scratches, tears, etc. Please make sure to accept the product and contact us immediately. Shipping carriers have a 24 hour period where a claim can be opened, any longer and the claim will be denied. We take precautions by using safe packing materials to prevent any damages as we understand how important these items are to our customers! 

International Orders

International orders may have an extra shipping charge as it costs more to ship outside of the United States. International orders may also be subject to customs/duty fees that are charged by the recipients government. We don't have any control over these and the fees are different from location to location. We are not responsible for any duties and/or fees. If you'd like to change a shipping address for an international order, please contact us right away. In most cases, the shipping address cannot be changed until the carrier company has attempted delivery once. 

Delayed Freight

Before reading this, please understand it is only for a very miniscule amount of artisan brands such as Varis and ChargeSpeed. At checkout, the shipping will show as Delayed Freight and will be free. To give an example, Varis items can take up to one year to be manufactured and shipped to the United States. During that time, freight rates will be continuously changing and we are not able to lock in a set rate until the item is ready to ship (often many months after the order date). Once the item has landed in the United States and is ready to ship to the customer, we will then issue an invoice for the Freight Shipping surcharge.

Items that fall under the Delayed Freight category will have a note in their description stating the item may be subject to an extended wait time. It is also important to note that if an item that qualifies for Delayed Freight is purchased with other items that qualify for free shipping, free shipping will show at checkout, instead of Delayed Freight.
