The IDoing head unit is a plug and play solution that features a 9" display. It is a great way to add Apple CarPlay or Android Auto to the Subaru Outback. Apple Carplay and Android Auto are also now made wireless! This is the only unit on the market currently that will include everything necessary for the installation (it even includes necessary tools)! 

All OEM features are retained such as the steering wheel controls and backup camera. 

The head unit comes with the Google Play Store pre-downloaded so apps like YouTube, Clash of Clans, Amazon Prime Video are available to be played/watched on the head unit.

There are tons of audio settings to mess around with and the head unit is compatible with aftermarket subwoofers, speakers, amplifiers, etc. An IDoing head unit is recommended for all Subaru's with aftermarket audio upgrades because the OEM radio is not built to handle the improved performance. Great Product

This product is everything advertised. It also makes the stereo sound much better. That said, the lack of instructions is annoying. It needs a users manual and an installation guide &/or online support & videos. Those things would make it great and less frustrating to install.

Idoing head unit

Was honestly a little skeptical but have been blown away by its performance so far. Install was a little tricky and needed some YouTube but in a technical way and more of a tricky finding follow along videos. That was it though, works amazing and looks amazing.

Great radio, good quality.

Radio 5 star. Instructions 1 Star. I would give it a 5 star if it had better instructions. I was given some via text that did not apply to my specific vehicle. I have installed several different radios over the years and this one confused me at first. I was able to remove the old radio very easy, putting it back in was the tricky part. So I spent about a hour on YouTube and found a guy with same radio and almost same vehicle as mine. I was able to figure it out.
